English Wensleydale hand dyed in the Southern Highlands of NSW.
Wensleydale is a long wool lustre fibre with long staples. Easy to spin and great for outer ware especially socks.
Braids are approx 120 gms in weight.

Hand dyed using Acid milling dyes. Hand dyed in lime greens. This was a happy OOAK using the exhaust from a previous dye bath. So it cannot be repeated. Please note that the colours are not quite s bright as the phot.
