Helen of Waratah Fibres uses the unique wildlife and natural wonders of Australia to bring you a range of hand dyed fibres and yarn for all Textile Artists.

After spending 25 years in England I have a love of the unique qualities of the English breeds, notably Wensleydale and Blue Faced Leicester. These lustrous fibres dye beautifully and produce wonderful fibres for spinners and knitters alike.

Waratah Fibres has a range of colourways that are available on all fibres - Merino, Blue Faced Leicester and Wensleydale. Knitting yarns are also available which include 8 ply, 4 ply and 2 ply sock yarn. New 50% wool, 50% silk is also available in 4 ply.

Experimenting with colour is one of the delights of being an Indie dyer, so there is always a range of one-off colourways to tempt all fibre artists.
